Batch deliveries of 21kW load cabinets; large-scale production of modular test equipment
A batch of load cabinets has recently been manufactured in the workshop and is now arranged and ready for dispatch. This series comprises AC380V load cabinets, each with a power rating of 21 kW. Featuring a modular design, the front panels are equipped with multi-position disconnect switches and operational, alarm and power indicator lights. They are intended for applications such as generator set testing, UPS ageing tests, power discharge and the commissioning of new energy equipment.
Background to the requirement: Why is the number of test load devices continuing to grow?
The expansion of new energy installations, the accelerated construction of data centres and increasingly stringent certification requirements for power supply products have driven demand for load testing equipment. Whether it be load testing of generator sets prior to leaving the factory, continuous discharge on UPS ageing lines, or on-site acceptance testing of data centre backup power systems, testing equipment capable of simulating real-world load conditions is required. Load cabinets, as a form of temporarily deployable dummy load, are widely used in the aforementioned scenarios.
Product Design: Modularity and Step-by-Step Switching
This series of load cabinets is designed for resistive loads, featuring graded power switching and supporting manual range selection. The cabinet features a sheet metal structure with large ventilation openings on the front panel to ensure adequate heat dissipation during prolonged operation at full load. The modular design allows multiple units to be connected in parallel to increase power output, whilst also enabling the configuration of load stages, voltage ratings and control methods to be adjusted according to on-site requirements. The front panel incorporates operational indicator lights, alarm indicators and a power switch, allowing operators to monitor the load status at a glance.

Each load switch cabinet undergoes a comprehensive testing process prior to leaving the factory: incoming inspection of components, in-process assembly inspection, full-load temperature rise testing, switch position verification and insulation withstand voltage testing.
