Multi-voltage and multi-current support, strong compatibility
This product supports DC1000V, DC750V, DC500V and DC200V voltage range, equipped with the corresponding current capacity (DC1000V up to 150A, other voltage gear up to 250A), to meet the needs of different charging pile types and test environments. Ohm's law is used to adjust the current carrying capacity according to different voltages to ensure the accuracy of the simulation of the actual working conditions, so that the test results are more representative and reliable.
High power output to meet the needs of high power test
The total installed capacity is 325KW, with high current output under different voltages, supporting a variety of load modes, including single-channel and dual-channel parallel use, to meet the performance verification of high-power charging equipment.
Cooling system
The equipment adopts forced air cooling technology, right in and left out, and uses an efficient cooling system composed of 6 400 fans, which effectively reduces the temperature rise of the equipment in the continuous operation of high load, and the noise is less than or equal to 85dB to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment without interference from overheating problems.
Display system
Equipped with PLC control system, real-time monitoring of voltage, current and power parameters, to achieve accurate adjustment, convenient for operators to load adjustment and parameter monitoring. At the same time, it supports a variety of protective measures (overheat, overvoltage, fan fault, emergency stop) to ensure the safety of equipment and operators.
